about

hey guys. it's been a while.

we wrote this song in 2018, but after releasing Wasted Years Together we decided to take a break before recording again, and we decided to get to together in early 2020. you know what happened next. the band was separated and isolated from each other, and recording a new album just was not feasible at the time. after a couple futile attempts and recording, we set up a little recording studio in Slade's garage. and well here we go. here's a little fruit of our labour. just an apple's worth, but regardless, hope you enjoy.

thank you all for sticking with us. we love you. happy new years!

lyrics

Sometimes we are better off knowing nothing at all.
Ghosting through the night,
I find bliss in the day, and ignorance in the dark.

Sometimes things don't work out the way they're planned,
Stumbling down Granville street.
Past the coffee shops where we used to meet.
Five hours in the crippling cold.

Ghosting, East Hastings,
I've got my jacket on.
Ghosting, it's all okay.
I hope it's not awkward if I run into you on the bus or anything.

I know it's not my business, but I just want to know, if you ever called our house a home.
I know it's not my business, but I just want to know, if you ever called our house a home.
I know it's not my business, but I just want to know, if you ever called our house a home.

Ghosting, in the dark.
I don't mind,
Ghosting, in the dark.

I'm drowning in the deep end, and God knows I can't fucking swim.

I know it's not my business, but I just want to know, if you ever called our house a home.
